Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Delcoe Marketing, LLC ("Delcoe," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit delcoe.com, contact us, or work with us on a project ("Work Order"), including when you choose to receive text message (SMS) updates about your Work Order.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, company, phone number, and the details of your project when you fill out a form on this site, call us, email us, or open a Work Order with us in person or by phone.
- SMS consent records. If you agree to receive text message updates, we record your mobile number, the date and time you gave consent, and the employee who recorded it.
- Technical information. When you submit a form on this site, our server records your IP address to prevent spam and abuse. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To manage your Work Orders, including billing and scheduling pickup.
- To send text messages about your Work Order, such as when it has been created, when it is ready for pickup, or when we need you to call us, but only if you have opted in.
- To protect our site and forms against spam, fraud, and abuse.
Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to customers who have verbally opted in, in store or by phone, when a Work Order is opened. Messages relate only to your active Work Order, and you will receive up to 4 messages per order. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for full program details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number only to send you updates about your Work Orders. We never sell, rent, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our email provider, web host, and SMS delivery provider, and only as needed for them to perform those services on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. All of the above is subject to the SMS commitments stated in the previous section, which take precedence. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including our business and legal record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@delcoe.com.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
