Program name and description

Delcoe Work Order Updates is a text message program operated by Delcoe Marketing, LLC. It notifies customers when their Work Order has been created, when it is ready for pickup, or when there is an issue that requires them to call us. Messages may include a link to view the Work Order's status on delcoe.com. These are informational messages only: the program is not interactive and does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

You opt in verbally, in store or by phone, when a Work Order is opened. Our employee will ask whether you would like text message updates from Delcoe Marketing about your order, and will enable them only if you say yes. We then send a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and if you decline you will not receive any text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive up to 4 messages per Work Order, including the opt-in confirmation, typically 0 to 4 messages per month. Messages are sent only while you have an active Work Order with us.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To opt back in, reply START, or ask us the next time you open a Work Order.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy
